I am Ivy Coliao Mencide, currently residing at Tambis 2, Saint Bernard,
Southern Leyte, taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in MAPEH of
SLSU-CTE. I expect to graduate this semester of year 2016-2017.
Having completed the pre-requisite course specified for my curriculum; I
would like to inform your good office of my intention to be considered as one of the
candidate for Student Teaching/Practice Teaching.
Grabbing this opportunity is one of the best decision I made in my life. I will
capture the chance to be liable in classroom and out of classroom teaching. I
commit to be more responsible and well-disciplined inside and outside the class, to
be on class regularly, to teach and care for my students, to be open-minded in all
circumstances, to be active, honest, and responsible in every task. I promise to do
my best in every tasks given to me, to have a good teaching experience with my
CT, to stay as calm as possible whenever I encounter conflicts. So whatever happen,
