Always seek for knowledge outside your boundary, never stop learning, shadow

Team work
Must be self-motivated

Respect
Commitment
What do you think are the main challenges for fresh graduates, and how can we
overcome them?
The most challenging thing in my opinion is experiencing the real work
environment. Then comes how confident you are. Finally, weak personality
and commitment.
1. To overcome the first one start participating in volunteering events or get
enrolled in summer training in any of the organizations just to have feeling
how the real work environment feels like.
2. Always show confident and dont hesitate to argue and have positive
discussions. In addition to that back up your discussions with real facts and
figures never assume.
3. Never be shy and show strong personality. Keep asking questions and never
hesitate ask again or request any information again.
4. Whenever you assigned to any task try to accomplish and by any chance if
stuck due to lack of information or knowledge go back and ask, never assume
and relay on others because this is part of your learning.
