Instructional Goal:
Using pre-recorded high-definition video, students will compress the video in WebM, VP-9 format, on a computer with full security allowances, while maintaining
similar quality produced in a smaller size and upload time.

Terminal Objective:
Using pre-recorded high-definition video, students will compress the video in WebM, VP-9 format, on a computer with full security allowances, while maintain
