people depend on weather. When the weather good they can working with fast. But when the
weather bad they must stop working and the plant cant growing well. People start thinking to
create a teknologi. Using technology the work can be done faster. In technology periode all
the jobs depen on human resources. Human will be operating the machine. To eliminate the
dependence on human beings created begin to information technology. In this periode just
need people who have the knowledge of realible to working well. It;s called the whole people
paradigm. People have four dimensi, body, mind, heart and legacy. They have reward and
punishment. If they working well they get carrot, but if they are working with false they get
whip.
