INTRODUCTION
CRETECON started its operations as construction managers and business concern in 2002 as a
small construction company and has been engaged in private jobs only, over the years our
company has executed various significant residential & commercial projects, now we are
registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-4.
Company always puts in its best to symbolize commitment and distinct professional excellence by
meeting the requirements of high engineering standards involving civil, electrical and mechanical
works. The ever increasing efforts towards attaining better and new business ventures have

January 1997:
As a consultant got an opportunity to carry out the Ex- Post Review of Baluchistan Primary Education
Development Program, Credit =2482 Pak, of around 42 million USD funded by the World Bank. This
preview was related to the procurement of document furniture, reading and writing material, computer
and computer accessories, vehicle repair and maintenance of vehicles and consulting contacts. A complete
report of this review was submitted to Mr. Ivar Jorstad Anderson, Washington D.C, which was accepted.
February 1998:
In February 1998 attended the procurement workshop in Resident Mission Procurement Cell of the World
Bank, Islamabad. The workshop was related to the World Bank procurement guideline, building
documents, review and finalization of individual procurements plans, preparation of draft bidding
