Directly oversaw student communities (first-years, sophomores, and law/grad students) ranging from 30-60 residents, mentored student community of 400, planned and executed educational and social programming, worked as front desk manager, acted as representative of Hamline residence life.

Community relations, a focus on creativity and education, and maintaining image was crucial in this position.
