Call and Guidance Program in December

Simplification and
Flexibility

The unofficial
version of budget is
about 14 billion
euros (over 7 years)

Maintain brand identity

using sectors: Erasmus,
Comenius, Leonardo da
Vinci, Grundtvig and Youth,
but it encourages crosssectoral projects

Most of the budget

will be managed by
national agencies

65% of the budget

will fund Action 1
and 35% Action 2

General characteristics of the new program:

Generally only 1 deadline
per year / key except
youth projects (both key
actions) which retains
three deadlines per year
With very few
exceptions, will use
these types of simplified
financing: lump-sum and
unit costs

Full selection process will

be online, all candidates
must first register on the
identification platform for
participants in European
programmes.

Final reports must not

It finances:
Mobility of professionals in the sectors of
education, training and youth (teachers, other
teachers, trainers, youth workers, in general
people working for an institution / organization
with educational purposes)

Action Key 1- Individual mobility for learning

1a: Mobilities' characteristics are the same as in current
programs
1b: Mobility period between 2 days and 2 months
Mobility may take the form of mission for teaching /
training partner organization, professional development
through participation in a structured course in job
shadowing, placement, training workshops
