I have read the provisions in the Notification of the examination issued by the Tamilnadu Circle carefully and I hereby
undertake to abide by them.

I further declare that I fulfill all the conditions of eligibility regarding age limit, educational qualification etc. prescribed
for admission to the examination.

I also declare that I was not debarred by any Recruitment authority/Department/Ministry of Central Govt. as on
date and have never been convicted by any court of law.

For Govt. Civilian Employee, seeking age relaxation for Direct Recruitment:
I declare that I am a Govt. Civilian Employee and completed 3 years regular service stipulated in the Notification of the
examination as on the closing date of registration of application.

For applicant belonging to OBC:

I declare that I belong to the community which is recognized as a backward class by the Govt. of India for the purpose
of reservation in the services as per orders contained in Dept of Personnel and Training Office Memorandum No.
