The Transformer is otherwise star- star transformer (ungrounded on both the side
s). The Primary neutral is earthed by disconnector switch only during
switching, After switching the Primary is ungrounded by disconnecting the discon
nector switch. They also earth the primary
neutral during the operation of on load tap changer.
What is the reason for this?

4. Ferro resonance:
The phase to phase voltages are consistent with each other. The phase to neutral
voltages are not constant.
The system is ungrouded system.There is no ground fault but the numerical ground
over voltage relay gets activated.
The Potential transformer connected is of star-star (grounded at both sides). Th
e Phase voltage measured at
the secondary of the potential transformer is constantly fluctuating but the pha
se to phase voltages are normal.
The line to ground capacitances are always present but why only on single phasin
g the ferro resonance effect takes
