Los
Angeles
County
Office
of
Education
(LACOE)
offers
a
two-year
blended
learning
program.
Program
components
include
individualized,
job-embedded,
leadership
coaching;
reflection
on
practice;
interactive
online
learning
modules
focused;
cohort
coaching;
and
accomplishment
of
individual
professional
learning
goals.
This
program
is
grounded
in
the
California
Professional
Standards
for
Education
Leaders
(CPSELs),
and
candidate
artifacts
of
program
completion
are
uploaded
and
monitored
through
the
Haiku,
Learning
Management
System
in
the
form
of
an
e-Portfolio.

seminars
may

10
of
