Terms & Conditions

Payment
All payment will have to be in USD or YEN.
Once we received a specific request, We will quote in USD
Other than that, we will quote in yen and please check by yourself to your preferred currency.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% will require to secure booking.
100% of payment must be received 14 days prior to group or passenger arrival.
Failure to comply with this condition may result in automatic cancellation of reservations and ground
arrangements.

Cancellation Policy
Every effort is made to avoid cancellation charges, however any cancellations made within 72 hours of
arrival are subject to a full charge.
A claim of refund on partially used accommodation will be considered as long as Salam Partners is notified
7days of check- out from the hotel.
Subject to confirmation by the hotel concerned, a refund may be granted with an administration fee of
USD50.00 deducted.
For tour packages, there are no refunds for unutilized services. It is strongly recommended that clients
purchase travel insurance prior to departure to cover against cancellation, loss of luggage and medical
expenses.
All cancellations must be via FAX OR EMAIL ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS. Some day tours may
be operated by another Operator other than stated.

Bank Draft & Telegraphic Transfer

Bank drafts can be sent BEFORE arrival to Japan. We must have a copy of the payment to accept this
form of payment.

Booking
When making package tour reservations, please advise all necessary information including all passenger
names, flight details, room arrangement , dietary requirements etc.
Prepayment is required for all group arrivals. For FIT reservations, payment must also be pre-paid unless
there are existing credit facilities in place. Our bank account details are listed on our invoice.
Where a deposit is required by a hotelier, this money is to be forwarded upon request. Details will be
provided regarding the supplier's cancellation policy.
