Cohort Coaching
The LACOE program will provide a cohort professional learning opportunity each semester. Leadership
Coaches and candidates attend together to examine topics in leadership. The afternoon will provide an
opportunity to convene in grade configuration groups for a Leadership Coaching session. This meeting is to
be counted as coaching hours.
