Philosophy of Education
Teaching is a constant, lifelong learning process of educating yourself on new
philosophies and new strategies, learning from the parents and community, learning from
colleagues and especially learning from the children. Children remind me keep an open mind and
an open my heart to all possibilities. As a teacher, I will make an impact on children by treating
them as responsible individuals, emphasizing a positive learning environment while creating an
honorable classroom.
I believe every child has a potential to bring something special and unique to this world. I
will help children to develop their potential by believing in them as individuals. I will assist
children in discovering who they are, so they can express their own opinions and nurture their
own idea. I have a vision of a world where people learn to respect, accept and embrace the
differences between us, as the core of what makes life so fascinating.
My classroom will be enriched with creativity, diversity, and a hands-on environment
where children can blossom and grow. I will allow children to become responsible members of
our classroom community by using strategies such as positive discipline, individual daily duties
and equality to all. In showing children how to become responsible for themselves as well as
their own learning, I am giving them the tools to become successful in life, to believe in
themselves and to love themselves.

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.
