PETITIONER JUSTIN HEINRICH P. SALAZAR is of legal
age, Filipino, single and with residence and postal address at
02-B, Lot 14 Valentine Street , San Pedro, Laguna, after
having been sworn in accordance with law, and in answer to
questions propounded by my counsel at his office located at
Unit 53, New years Ave, GSIS HHV, San Pedro, Laguna, by
way of this Judicial Affidavit, testifies as witness before this
Honorable Court, as to the facts of Bar Operations for this
year.

Answer: I am Justin Heinrich P. Salazar, of legal
age, single, Filipino, with residence and
postal address at 02-B, Lot 14 Valentine
Street, San Pedro, Laguna, maam.

Answer: I drove from my house all the way there

Answer: Yes, maam.

as a volunteer and assisting her in her
needs or requests.

Answer: To assist her and give her support for

the upcoming Bar Exam, maam.

coordinate with other volunteers? Is it
hard?
Answer: It was good maam; yes it is hard
because other volunteers are also
having a hard time complying with the
requests or orders of the Bar Examinees.

Answer: The place is crowded since the families

and friends of the Bar examinees are
also there.

What were the people
specifically the barristers and the
volunteers doing?
Answer: The barristers are studying some are
already sleeping at 9pm while the
volunteers are just attending to the
needs and orders of the barristers.

Were
there
any
problems during the Bar Operations?
Answer: Yes maam, some of the volunteers are
having a hard time complying with the

orders of some barristers because of

their difficult orders such as buying food
to a store that is already closed or is still
closed at the time it is ordered.
11. Question:
What is the behavior
of the bar examinees during the first
Sunday?
Answer: Some of the bar examinees are calm
while some of them are easily irritated
and others are rattled.
12. Question:
What did you do after the barristers
left the hotel?
Answer: We cleaned the rooms and also checked
if there are things that has been left by
the bar examinees.
13. Question:
How did you feel after
serving as volunteer?
Answer:

It felt good, it was a

nice experience serving the bar
examinees as I also feel their pressure
at the same time admiring them for
their effort and resolve, I also see myself
in their position too as a future bar
examinee which excites me.
