POSITION

Investor Relations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
As the strongest link between the company and the investing community, you
will need to:
*Coordinate and lead investor conference calls, as well as on-site meetings and plant tours
*Actively participate in international non-deal roadshows and domestic/international
broker-led conferences
*Respond to all investor inquiries intelligently and promptly
*Create and maintain accurate, visually appealing investor and
analyst presentation materials
*File timely disclosures with the appropriate regulatory bodies
*Write precise, effective press releases
*Be able to create and maintain good working relationships
You will report directly to the CFO, though you will be seated close to and interact
frequently with the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS

*Our ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, analytical and exhibits high emotional
intelligence. You must be a "people person" and be fluent in both English and Filipino. You
should have a strong grasp of what the investing community is looking for.
*Applicants with a strong background in finance and equity researchwill be prioritized.
Previous experience in investor relations ispreferred but not required.

*Due to the dynamic nature of this role, you must be willing to travel.
