Recruitment Procedure

ELEATION Academy is fastest growing training institute in India, to fulfil the demand of market ELEATION
Academy has started recruiting Mechanical, Civil, Production, Automobile and other related branch B.E., B.Tech,
M.E., M.Tech Students from different colleges of India as well as other interested working professionals
ELEATION Academy founded on 11th November 2015 by Mr. Apoorv Bapat, with a vision to educate Engineering
students regarding FEA/FEM/CAE. Within 4 months ELEATION Academy has started its second centre in Pune,
and after that we ELEATION Academy started 3 more centre in Indore, Hyderabad and Aurangabad.
We have successfully trained more than 3000 students in 8 months via regular classes in our 5 centres and Inhouse training activities in more than 30 Engineering colleges.
Now ELEATION Academy is planning to start 50 more centres in India covering Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai,
Coimbatore, Nagpur, Nashik, Surat, Ahmedabad, and many more cities within next 6 months. For that we have a
requirement of 100+ Engineers to work on different locations and different positions.
ELEATION is planning to start a service based company on 11th November 2017, for that we need trained
engineers to handle the Simulation projects.
Keeping this in mind ELEATION Academy has set a recruitment procedure, which is as follows:
1. Pre-Placement Talk (To all the students, explaining them ELEATION Academy, Job Profile, Package,
Selection Procedure).
2. Group Discussion ( Non-Technical), to understand communication skill
3. Group Discussion (Technical), to understand technical skills.
4. 60 Days Paid Internship (To understand the potential Employees)
5. 100% Guaranteed Conformation after completing the all the task assigned on the first day of internship.
6. We are offering a stipend of INR 40,000/- those who will complete the internship program
7. We are offering CTC of INR 5.5 Lakhs per annum those who will complete the internship program.
8. We are not selecting students on the basic of their academics, we are more focused on interested
students who are ready to accept all the challenges.
9. ELEATION Academy is hiring on 3 different positions, CAE Trainer, CAE Marketing and CAE technical
Marketing.
ELEATION Academy is ready to give offer letter to start the internship to all the students cleared technical group
discussion round and are ready to go through the internship procedure.
All the interns has to complete the below mentioned tasks in 60 days of their internship program, after
completing their internship program we will give them join letter on CTC of INR 5.5 Lakhs per annum.
1. Complete ELEATIONs ANSYS Level 1 and ELEATIONs HyperWorks Level 1 Course.
2. You have to bring 30 paid registrations for ELEATION Academy (any centre).
3. You have to take 4 Classes in any centre of ELEATION Academy.

4. You have to create 10 tutorials based on the topics provided by us.

5. You have to take 1 presentation in any college.
We are ready to give signed and sealed copy of internship letter mentioning the above point and those who will
complete the above mentioned points will get an appointment letter as CAE Engineer at ELEATION Academy on
CTC of INR 5.5 Lakhs per annum.
