Prosecution: We offer the testimony of the witness-complainant to prove that the
accused committed the crime upon this person. Ms. Witness, for the record, please
state your name, status, job, and residence.
Maine: I am maine f. gonzales., 23 years old, (18yo) working at TEXTBOX and a

Q: what have you remembered that transpired during December 18, 2014?
A: I remembered it was our Christmas party
Q: when was the party held?
A: at club violet claveria st. davao city.
Q: aside from that, is there anything else that transpired during or after which
you can recall if any?
A: I remember that on or about 10:30 in the evening I am already dizzy
considering that the four of us already consumed 3 beer buckets of Red Horse

Q: ms. Witness you told this court that you rode Arthurs car in going home,
did he take you home directly?

A: no your honor he did not take me home directly. When I woke up, we were
