PROCEDURE
Introduction
Students will warm up by running 2 or more laps around the field laid out for them.

Body
As a warm-up game, students will play a few rounds of Saute, Tourne,
Twizzle. Students will walk in a huge circle, following the person in
front of them. They should leave space in front of them.
When the teacher yells SAUTE! Students must jump and do a turn
and FREEZE. Students who do not freeze are OUT (alternatively, no
outs.)
When the teacher yells TURN! Students must turn around 180degrees,
so they are facing backwards.
When they teacher yells TWIZZLE! Students must do a complete
360degree turn and be facing the way they were before.
Students will form groups of 5. Any leftover students are the Loose
Caboose (or the Caboose en Vrac.) The 5-person groups will put their
hands on each others shoulders and RUN (be careful not to go too fast.)
A loose caboose needs to come attach itself to the back of a 5 person
train. Once this happens, they shout GO, and then the name of the
person at the front of the line, who then needs to find a group to join.
Students start on one side of the gym, two people are assigned pizza
makers. Everyone else is assigned a topping (tomate, pepperoni,
fromage) and the pizza makers (or teacher) take turn calling out
toppings. Those people need to get to the other side of the gym without

being tagged. Those who get tagged are now pizza makers.

Closure
Students will clean up their balls, teacher will ask
how much power was needed for certain passes,
etc.

Assessment
Formative: Students will be observed on whether or not they are actively
participating, listening when the teacher is talking, and, when necessary,
speaking in French. Students will also be observed for participation with
others.
