Our recently developed Total Pump Management (TPM) concept offers service modules that
allow individual, customized combinations for all plant operators.

Installation & Commissioning: Pumps, valves and complete systems.

We install, maintain, check and repair our products as well as other manufacturers products
too. We advise customers considering a replacement with a view to optimize their existing
plants. We provide turnkey installation of pumps, valves and also complete systems,
wherever and whenever. Our installation service includes trial operation, acceptance test,
and operator training. We also undertake the supervision of complete large-scale
installations - e.g. seawater desalination systems, etc.

On site Service : Fast, experienced, round the clock.

We are available on short notice for extensive service work. Our fast, flexible and
efficient service specialists are at your disposal. Precision planning and coordination ensure
that even complex maintenance involving hundreds of valves and pumps can be completed
on time. Simplicity of service management is another of our watchword. Major maintenance
inspections on power stations and sewerage systems are also planned to carry out together
with consortium partners.
Inspection & Preventive Maintenance: Competent advice.
To ensure that systems are inspected at regular intervals. For this reason, we have
established a comprehensive inspection service. Our service engineers will inspect and
maintain all the requisite components of the system. And if they detect any critical parts,
they will replace them straight away to avoid an unplanned downtime. Our service
engineers are on call 24 hours a day - this is an added plus for the safety needs of any plant

TPM - Total Pump Management

TPM is the modular KSB service concept for pumps, valves and other rotating equipment
from any manufacturer.
Comprehensive use of the complete package can reduce maintenance costs by up to 25%,
depending on the machines condition. This professional management concept builds on a
history file kept on every single unit. The file tracks all the work done on the product in
question. It also records all measures, the root cause of any damage, mechanical analyses
and spare part needs. Each file provides important data for proper assessment of life cycle
costs. In addition, it allows individually tailored planning of maintenance intervals and spare
part stocks.
We develop the version that is right for you from a single maintenance module through to
a Total Pump Care Package. You choose the modules. We provide the optimum service
solution.

your workshop, or our pick-up and delivery service.
SPARK EROSION: Electro Metal Disintegration
On site removal of broken bolts, studs, drills, taps or extractors achieved by creating an
electric spark between the broken item and the electrode which is held in a vibrating head.
The spark at the tip of the electrode and the item to be removed reaches almost 5000
degrees Centigrade. Flooding with coolant creates a thermal shock, reducing the heated
material of the broken item to powder and washing it away. No discernable heating of the
parent material occurs, and there is no distortion of the parent metal when removing the
broken drill, tap or extractor.
Cuts through the hardest materials quickly & efficiently, No heat transfer to parent material,
And very low risk of damage to threads.
Spark erosion can be carried out in house, or at your site, anywhere, subject to call out
charge, and is perfect for removing broken taps, broken drills and broken extractors, as well
as broken bolts & studs
