PART I: MANAGEMENT ASPECT

A.

PRE-OPERATING PERIOD
The activities shown in Figure 1: Project time table (see Appendix

A) shall be done first Prior to the construction of the proposed project.

a. Gathering of Data and Evaluation
Before the construction will start, all the needed legal papers and
plans should be gathered. Evaluation is a systematic determination of a
subject's merit, worth and significance, using criteria governed by a set
of standards.
b. Site Survey
Site survey will needed before the construction to know the quality
of the sand, and to know the effect of the natural environment, and how
the equipment will be traveled to the site. Site survey is an inspection of
an area where work is proposed, to gather information for a design or an
estimate to complete the initial tasks required for an outdoor activity. It
can determine a precise location, access, best orientation for the site and

the location of obstacles. The type of site survey and the best practices
required depend on the nature of the project.
c. Preparation and Planning
Planning
include

an architectural

plan, landscape

architecture document, and a detailed engineering drawing of proposed

improvements to a given lot. A site plan usually shows a building
footprint, travel ways, parking, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer lines,
water lines, trails, lighting, and landscaping and garden elements. The
plans are needed by the bidders to place their bids.
d. Bidding
Bidding is an offer (often competitive) of setting a price one is
willing to pay for something or a demand that something be done. A
price offer is called a bid. The term may be used in context
of auctions, stock exchange, card games, or real estate. Bidding is used
by various economic niche for determining the demand and hence the
value of the article or property, in today's world of advance technology,
Internet is one of the most favorite platforms for providing bidding
facilities, it is the most natural way of determining the price of a
commodity in a free market economy.

e. Start of Construction
e.1 Construction of Area
Site planning
Site planning generally begins by assessing a potential site for
development through site analysis. Information about slope, soils,
hydrology, vegetation, parcel ownership, orientation, etc. are assessed
and mapped. By determining areas that are poor for development (such
as floodplain or steep slopes) and better for development, the planner or
architect can assess optimal location and design a structure that works
within this space.
Construction of building and offices
Building construction is the process of adding structure to real
property or construction of buildings. The massive majority of building
construction jobs are small renovations, such as addition of a room, or
renovation of a bathroom. Often, the owner of the property acts as
laborer, paymaster, and design team for the entire project. However, all
building construction projects include some elements in common
design, financial, estimating and legal considerations.

Construction of land
Developing of the land field from the farm land to lake land
undergoes a process. Flatten the surface that has a hole or the highland.
Land developers research zoning ordinances, construction regulations
and environmental restrictions when considering a property. They make
projections that assess potential profitability based on population
growth, traffic patterns, local taxes and other factors.
Construction of pools
Constructing of pool will need deep excavation for the depth of the
swimming pool. The researchers will need a complete permit for the said
operation, and proper disposal for the waste just like sand, clay, and
rocks.
Concreting of pavements
This would be the building the path ways or to strengthen the soil so that
it will not collapse due to the natural calamity.
Purchasing of equipment
Buying of all the equipment for the wake boarding such as tension wire,
weak boarding board, pulley, winch, and so on are also needed.

e.2 Installing the equipment

Installing tension cables

This would be the putting of the steel trusses for the tension wires that
will hold the winch.
Installing motors
Installing the water pump and winch for the final before the dry run
occurs.
f. Start of Operation
All facilities are done and the service will start.
