Book Report Presentation

Choose a chapter book you have read this quarter

Check with your Language Arts teacher if you need more clarification

Open a presentation in your google doc

Give your document a name this (your names book report)

*These will be graded by your keyboarding teacher and your Language Arts teacher
*Remember that the best way to learn different techniques is to try different options
*If you need additional guidelines, come see your teacher
*Be creative and informative

Every slide must contain:

1. A h
eading and subheading (may want to include text boxes as well)
2. A picture o
r icon or graphic (may want to have more than one)
3. An animation (separate from transitions)

Student first and last name, Language Arts period, Book title
Author and any info you want to include on the author
Character sketch (take one character and describe him/her (age, general
appearance, personality, etc.)
Additional character sketch (choose a different character)
Setting: Give us the general time period and place (medieval times/modern
etc. / description of place)
Intro to the story (what is happening at the beginning)
Plot point, event or occurrence (a significant event within a plot that spins the
action around in another direction)

Note: you may add more slides if you need to add additional events
Climax or high point of the story
Resolution
Give at least one example of a cause and effect situation in the story
