My topic will be 3 Common Sports Injuries in which I will be researching the cause,
treatment and rehabilitation of sprained ankles, concussions, and injured ACLs. I
chose this topic because whenever around sports, you will always see injuries.
These 3 injuries are very common, so I thought it would be interesting to see what
causes them to be so common.

Throughout the semester I learned a lot from Coach Blinka. I learned more than just
sports. I learned social skills and how to handle problems in a professional manner.
Almost every day a girl would come to her about a problem or an issue and I always
watched new ways how she handled each one. She knows a lot about sports so it
really helped me with parts of my project.
