always 180 degrees apart to each other and hence also called as Axis (Aksh in
Sanskrit). They are POINTS or Nodes intersection points of Earths orbit around
Sun and Moons orbit around Earth. Rahu is called as North Node as it is
intersectionpointaboveEarthandKetuasSouthnodeasitisintersectionpointof
orbits below Earth. These points due to their very definition are eclipse points as
when Sun is near Ketu and Moon is near Rahu at the same time we see the

3.EveninadultlifethesefolksshouldreadgreatstoriesandalwaysidentifyROLE

Good article! Can u shed some light on this? If Chandra-ketu ( 10:20
& 10:29 degrees) in the 10th house in hasta nakshatra, kanya rashi
and budh (26:44 deg in Uttara Phalguni Nakshatra) in 9th house
(simha rashi) with Sun, Jup and Venus. Rahu is alone in the 4th
house. Sat & Mars in the 5th and 8th house. Could u please analyse
the situation esp. the 10th house? Thanks.

loses all power or delibitated.Exalted and delibitated
planetary conjuctions cancel the eects of each other
creating neecha panga raja yoga.Am not sure whether i
am correct.But it is the case in lord krishna's
horoscope.

delibitation eects are cancelled due to neecha panga

yes i know few of them with this combo i couldnt deal with
these kind of personalities. giving only these 2 planets 1)
moon-ketu in scorpio 2) moon-ketu in tauras 3) moon-ketu in
aquarius . all of them had these traits very selsh, only talk
about themselves, dominating nature, always hurting others,
self praising themselves, sudden moon swings, all their mood
swings they have dumped it on me

Hi Milind,
One of my friends son has a unique Ketu - Chandra Yuti in
Meen Lagna and Lagna Lord Jupiter is exalted (in Kirka) and
also has drushti on this Yuti. No other malec aspect on this
Yuti and moon is 10 degrees apart moving away from Ketu.
Could these be characteristics of a "Yogi" / saint type
personality or would it mean the person is extremely creative
(because of 5th house Jupiter).

Hi i have the same conjunction ..moon ketu in taurus in

2nd house ..rohini. During my younger years,i found
that whenever i took great eort to achieve something
or desired something, it was taken away from me by
circumstances beyond my control. I used to be upset

Hi milind! Thank's for this article..felt as if i am reading about

myself..i have all the symptoms of ketu+moon.am cancer
ascendant,i have it(K+Mo) in 8th house in aq(satabisha) and
aspected by debilitated mars(1st house), also by Ju,Sa,Ra(in
leo) from 2nd house. has deb sun in 4th(Tul), Ve & Me in
5th(Sco)..i really dnt knw where am headed.Mo at 13deg n Ke
at 11deg.1979 born.

this combination in 12th house make a person spiritual and
may attain moksha and some says that this conjuction can

Hi Milind,
Very good and insightful article.
When we say Yuti, does it mean planets are together? what if
chandra is in Nakshatra of Ketu, does that also tantamount to
Yuti. And does drishti of ketu ( or in general any planet) also
causes Yuti with other planets?

NO that is not a yuti. Rather Chandra in Ketu nakshatra

shows aggressive and disciplined person as they are all
in re signs! :) Yuti means planets are together...in same
house -- rashi

milindrao, i made an interpretation. please check if this could

be correct.
well. i have shani in 8th house, which means 'at odds with
masses'. currently, 9th guru is on, so gochar guru is over my
shani. (my moon is in libra in 12th house, as you must have
guessed.) so, with the eects of gochar guru on patrika shani,
will it reduce the eect of 8th house shani? will i be in
agreement with the masses, for this one year upto june 2014?

Guru WAS on your Shani until May2013? Rashi Tula

and horoscope shows 8th Shani means Shani in
Vrishabh rashi - hope not in Krittika -- and from
May2012 to May2013 Guru went over it reducing the ill
inuence of 8th Shani and increasing mass base in the
process (good for you mass base)

sir i have no idea i was oly told by someoe that

she has mars and ketu in her 5th house. sir i
asked you this as we are having anxious time as
parents. for the past one year she is getting very
streeses had some unknown fears, cant take
failure. wants to excel always. very moody.
doesnt eat or sleep well during exams, has
acidity...revises 3 times and all this for a sixth
grade exam...she does top and excel....but is it
worth all this? as parents we dont put pressure
at all. now new academic year is about to
begin....so we are very worried. please help. i

Hello milind,
I have chandra-ketu yuti..that too moon at 24 degree and ketu
27 degree in kanya, although mercury in tula in 11th house, so
some relax.....i have experienced all symptoms that u
mentioned above incluidng deja vu :) ........ not able to come
out of pessimism ..fear etc etc....I guess chandr-rahu is far
better than chandra-ketu :)

My daughter has Chandra-rahu yuti and yes, I see exactlyexactly the same patterns you mention - minus the
sportsmanship. Getting lost in something for hours, the
aggression and un friendly attitude are ssssssoooo right on!!
