beauty treatments and to purchase beauty products. Women go frequently to beauty salon to get their hair
trimmed and nails polished.
Todays people are more conscious in the field of fitness, beauty and fashion, which turns the beauty industry in
a promising position. With the rising in standards of living, the requirement of services like beauty salon is on
the increase. Moreover the status of women in society improving and their lifestyle is changing. Economic
independence makes them to resort to these types of services. It is in this prospective that development of
beauty care assumes significant importance.
New challenges and new opportunities for investing in this sector have arisen.

Pennys Hair Salon will be providing both services and products to better meet our customers needs.
2.1 Services
Pennys Hair Salon is considered an upscale, full-service beauty salon. We offer a wide range of
services that include:
1 Hair: cuts; relaxers; perms; colours; shampoo; conditioning; curling; reconstructing;
weaving; and waving.
2 Nails: manicures; pedicures; polish; sculptured nails.
3 Skin Care: European facials; body waxing; massages.
Products
Pennys will, upon commencement of operations, sell a wide range of beauty
products. We will be providing quality hair, nail, and skin care products. Pennys has
an exclusive contract with Joico to sell their top quality products. In addition we will
have other name-brand products for sale to meet customer needs, such as: Matrix,
Paul Mitchell, Rusk, and Biolage. The products will include shampoos, conditioners,
mousse, hair spray, nail polish, nail files, skin conditioners, and cleansers, facial
masks, and other such beauty products. What will set Pennys Hair Salon apart from

the competition is our commitment to providing all of these products and services in
one convenient location.
