Provide holistic, personalized nursing skills through quality
instruction;
Apply analytical & critical thinking in the nursing & allied health
practice;
Produce a fully functioning nurse & allied health care workers who
is able to perform the core competencies with responsibilities;
Support the community in response to the needs of health care
workers;
Develop & create a healing conducive learning environment as
experienced in work related activities;
Produced highly skilled, morally upright young professionals &

Prepare an individual in the chosen field of specialization apt to the

conduct & decision making in professional nursing
Analyze & evaluate leadership & management theories in nursing

Evaluate the health policy process for the improvement of health
care for all
Create an environment that nurtures & supports accomplishments,
self-esteem & love nursing as a profession
Engage in the Core Values of Nursing Profession such as: Love of
God, Caring as the Core of Nursing, Love of People & Love of
