Blasted surfaces to be applied with special priming coating for rubber lining and adhesive coating by brush or roller

RUBBER SHEET LINING


KARPET KARET LINING
Rubber sheet with specific thickness to be designed and cut into suitable
size to match with the shape of the substrate before being fitted to the
substrate. Air pockets between the rubber and substrate to be removed by
pressing the roller over the lining surface by high skill lining workers.
Mendesain karpet karet dengan ketebalan tertentu dan memotongnya
sesuai dengan size yang cocok agar sesuai dengan bentuk substrat sebelum
menempelkannya di substrat. Kantong udara antara karet dan substrat bisa
dikeluarkan dengan menekan roler disekitar permukaan lining, dengan
keahlian para pekerja.

VULKANISASI/PERBAIKAN
For in factory lining, vulcanization is carried under pressured steam in vulcanizer
Untuk didalam pabrik vulkanisir dilakukan dengan tekanan uap vulkanisir
For site job, vulcanization is carried under steam to put into closed tank with blind flange
or tarpaulin. (Portable boiler is required)
Untuk pekerjaan diluar pabrik, vulkanisir dilakukan dengan uap, dan dimasukkan
kedalam tangki tertutup. (mesin boiler diperlukan)
In the case to use self curing type, vulcanizing process is not necessary

RUBBER-CERAMIC LINERS
These liners are suitable for applications in areas of severe impact and areas of high abrasion. Liners
can be supplied to incorporate a variety of ceramic shapes, including balls, cylinders and cubes, all of
which have a high alumina silica content that withstands severe impact, high corrosion by chemicals
and high abrasion.
