    AME COMPUTER NUMBER REJECTION LIST-MAY 2016

    1. All those applicants whose applications for allotment of computer number have been rejected are advised to apply on fresh CA-9 application form, forwarded through
    their controlling authority to CEO, R K Puram along with the print of the the page on which his/ her name appears in the rejected list and all the necessary
    attested documents as laid down in CAR. Further, the applications shall not be received by hand/ courier/ email/ fax etc.
    2. AME Training Institutes whose stream wise approvals are not renewed and therefore are displayed on DGCA website as approval "Lapsed". The applications of
    candidates from such institutes are not considered for allotment of computer number in the stream in which the approval has been shown as "Lapsed".
    3. It has been observed that AME Training Institutes are not forwarding the duly completed application forms to CEO,for allotment of Computer Number ( in
    accordance with CAR,Section 2,series L,Part-II,para 4.1.2.) and there by while scrutiny a significant number of candidates are found rejected by this office .
    The Chief Instructors of AME Training Institutes are hereby advised to forward only the LIST of newly admitted students in a batch positively by 1st week of September
    every year to CEO ( as per Public notice dtd 4th February'2013 ) and subsequently ,once all the required documents are available ,then only CA-9 forms are to be
    forwarded to CEO for allotment of Computer Number.
