APPLICATION for IMAS FULL or PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP

SESSION 2009-2010
In order to examine your IMAS scholarship request, its necessary to have done a minimum of 3
grant requests1 to other potential donors (employer, government funds, foundations, sponsors, etc.).
In order to facilitate the procedure for your grant request to other potential donors, the IMAS
management can provide you with a pre-admission certificate upon presentation of an application
form duly completed, to be sent to the following address: imas@graduateinstitute.ch and
tramy@aitcv.ac.vn
Please note that all applications (with external funding or not) are submitted to the same conditions
and are treated equally.
Please, list below the dates, names and addresses of the institutions, which have been contacted with
the requested amounts and enclose IMPERATIVELY copies of your correspondence (letters of
application and answers)

Please enclose a certificate from your employer indicating, on one hand, the amount
of your salary and, on the other hand, if youll receive your salary or not during the
training period.

We inform you that it is useless to address any request to the institutions already involved in the
financing of the IMAS (Canton of Geneva, Swiss Confederation SDC)

Note: The applicant who receives a scholarship wont be receiving cash. The different expenses will
be covered by the IMAS during the training.
