The selected candidate will be engaged by the Chairman, Central Staff Benefit Fund Committee, N. F. Railwey Zonal HQ/MLG. He/She shall not be considered as a Railway Employee. His/her engagement shall be purely on temporary basis for a period of One year. 2. Only eligible applicants will be called for Walk in Interview. 3. The engaged consultant shall be paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs. 17,500/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred) only without any allowances from CSBF. 4. ‘The engaged person will have to work in Maligaon area for 04 hours a day from 09:00 hrs. to 13:00hrs.five days in a week ie. ftom Monday to Friday on all working days, The Dispensary will remain closed on weekly holidays & other gazetted holidays. 5. Casual leave of 08 days shall be permissible to the engaged consultants. No other kind of leave shall be admissible. Contd...2ape Deduction will be made on pro-rata basis from the consolidated monthly honorarium for absence period other than weekly holiday & other gazetted holidays & casual leave. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the interview. Candidates shall have to make their own arrangement for stay during the selection, if required. No Railway Quarter will be provided to the engaged consultants for the above post by the Administration. Without hampering the assignment entrusted by the CSBFC/NF. Railway, the selected Consultant can perform private practice. . No medical treatment facility, Railway Pass/PTO ete. will be extended by the Railway to the selected/engaged Consultants or for his/her family members. | The Engaged Consultant shall not be allowed to issue any Sick & Fit Certificate in favour of the Railway Employees Services of engaged Consultants shall be terminated upon the Consultants reaching the age of 63 years or after the completion of period of engagement, whichever is earlier The services can be terminated on 14" day's notice on either side. The CSBF/N.F. Railway shall not be bound to assign any reason for such termination and this power may be exercised by the Chairman/CSBF Committee/HQ only.
