The student will:
1. Participate in activities using their perception skills to indicate when to freeze or move
during the introductory activity.
2. Perform an organized set of circuit training tasks that help develop their strength and
endurance during the fitness development.

EVALUATION/REVIEW
Discuss the various locomotor skills used
in today's activity (run, walk, hop, and
skip). Have students show understanding
of what each of the skills are that were
practiced today (running in place, hopping,
skipping).
ACCOMMODATIONS
The teacher will be there to assist students with special needs so they can participate in
the activities. If there is a student who is wheelchair bound, they will be able to use their
wheelchair as their legs in this lesson. The student can still participate and the teacher
will assist and help the student do movements with their arms to still imitate some of the
movements done in this lesson.
