To coordinate and manage different climate change and environment related research activities, the Syndicate and the Board of
Trustees of BRAC University have accorded for establishment of a research center titled Centre for Climate Change and
Environmental Research (C3ER). The center has a multidisciplinary pool of professionals from the disciplines like
environmental science, geography, disaster management, water resources engineering, urban and regional planning, economics
and business.
Helped preparing the initial literature review paper, written bibliography, Reviewed, Translated and Analyzed few
Policies & Contributed in preparing & editing the questioner survey paper, Surveyed through approximately 60
questioner survey for Field survey & Conducted FGD in Chadpur and Tangail and Computed Data for the Research
Project Social cost of migration on children left behind due to labour Migration.
Disaster Management and Climate Change Programme (DMCC), BRAC associated with the Center for Climate Change and
Environmental Research (C3ER), BRAC University have been awarded the project by International Organization of Migration
(IOM) in collaboration with Save the Children International (SCI) and Canadian High Commission.
Attended the Field visit for the Project Road Safety in Bangladesh and Increase and / or transmission of Malaria:
Role of Climate Change.
