A ideia nasceu de viagens realizadas pelo sul do Brasil e Argentina, onde

presenciei adegas e emprios especializados em vinhos e queijos e disso surgiu uma

viso de um negcio desse nicho econmico na cidade de Pouso Alegre, pois a cidade
est em ascenso e j possui o melhor desenvolvimento do sul de Minas. O objetivo de
iniciar um negcio desse ramo para atender uma demanda de clientes que busquem
apreciar os melhores vinhos, cervejas, entre outros produtos artesanais, mas com um
foco em vinho, visto que teremos cursos mensais sobre o mesmo. O estabelecimento
ser em uma regio nobre de Pouso Alegre para facilitar o acesso dos clientes das
classes A e B. O prazo para iniciar e consolidar o emprio ser de um ano, para que se
possa colocar em prtica todos os planejamentos e consolida-los. A administrao do
Estdio Gourmet se dar pela proprietria Natlia Cadeo, visto que possuo
conhecimentos na rea comercial e os conhecimentos adquiridos empiricamente durante
as viagens, alm do auxlio de um sommelier, vendedores, caixas e empacotadores. O
investimento total do negcio ser de R$ 500.000,00, com a captao de recursos de
familiares e instituies financeiras.
