Most Companies demand a good product and high quality at a
reasonable price from their suppliers. We at Pepsi Blue also believe in
taking greater responsibility for our action. Our consumer is not just
interested in the quality of the product they buy; they also care about the
work behind the brand and the social and environmental conditions of its
production.
We at Pepsi Blue want sustainable, healthy development for people
and the environment. We want to help improve conditions in the beverages
industry. Thats why we want everyone who works with us to be concerned
about human rights, wages, working hours and social accountability.

Environmental Requirements
Pepsi Blue wants to contribute and influence society towards
sustainable development and minimizing the environmental impact of
production. Therefore, we will present our requirement and wishes
regarding environmental impact in a separate policy document. We want to
work closely with our suppliers on this. We want to maintain a dialogue on
existing problem and our opportunities to influence things in the right
direction.

Code Of Conduct
We think it is very important to take responsibility for our action, and
we want to make this perfectly clear to all of our suppliers and sub-supplies,
our staff, agents, distributors and others parties. To ensure that Pepsi Blue
we sell is produced responsibly; we have compiled a code of conduct, which
applies to all parts the chain.

Blue is going to launch first time in Pakistan thats why this Plan make
stress on introduction of product and its Brand name. The main purpose of

Economy
Actually Pepsi Blue is a soft drink, or even thou its prices are very
cheap comparative to other soft drinks, so economically this new brands is
most suitable for Pakistan and its market.

Legal
Yes off course Pepsi Blue is the Pepsi Co Brand and Pepsi Co
working all over the world legally. So no doubt about it that Pepsi Blue is
legally or illegally working there.

Government
After permission of the Government, Pepsi Blue get start its working.
And been paying there tax.

Socio culture
We dont think that Pepsi Blue is effects on the social and cultural
effects on the Pakistani Market because there is no harm full effect inside
and its fully checked by researched department and verify the government
of Pakistan.

Supply Chain
We have same supply channel like what supply channel Pepsi Co have
already. So we think that its very strong way or less expensive as per the
new way to start a new work with new supply chain.

Market Definition
All the markets are totally new for the product Pepsi blue but not new
for Pepsi Co point of view. So we are working in the same market of Pepsi
Co. and we being targeting all the ages of people are our target market those
who like beverages in routine but we are specially targeting teen ages.

Market Size
Market size of Pepsi Blue is not very large in term of customers
because this is a sort of product used in daily life by the people of Pakistan.
Many companies are also offering soft drinks by different types of flavors
but as per our product Pepsi Blue is with different taste of Barry increasing
its sale day by day. Currently our more than 70% of population is habitual
of soft drinks in normal routine or in summer it increases into 90-97 %. So
its a golden opportunity for us to launch this drink in this summer in
Pakistan.

Competition
This Pepsi Blue the brand of Pepsi Co actually made for the
competition with the Coca-Colas Vanilla Coke. So its having a great
competition.

Market Share
As explained earlier that we are the Pepsi Cos brand and its all brand
have a great share n the market, so we can safely say that our market share
gone to expected ratio of our target.

Basically its a soft drink and made for every age of people, so
demographically this product touching all the country sides and both
genders.

Financial
Financial condition of any firm plays a major role so we have also
great financial resources. Pepsi Blues have a strong financial support
because of the backup from Pepsi Co. thats why this product growing a
successfully in all the market without any kind a financial shortages.
