Mesin Fax merupakan salah satu teknlogi yang dapat mempermudah pengiriman data hard

copy. Adapun cara pengoperasiannya adalah sebagai berikut :

1. Masukkan lembaran kertas data yang ingin dikirim pada lubang kertas fax-fax an,
letakan kertas secara terbalik, di mana posisi atas kertas dimasukkan terlebih
dahulu.
2. Tekan nomer fax yang ingin dituju, pastikan fax tersebut apakah bergabung dengan
telepon atau mesin fax murni, jika sudah pasti itu adalah mesin fax murni yang tidak
bergabung dengan telepon maka setelah bunyi nada sambung langsung di tekan menu
start. Namun, jika bergabung dengan telepon maka kita harus tunggu sampai ada yang
mengangkatnya dan setelah itu konfirmasikan bahwa akan mengirim fax, setelah
pihak sana mengimbau tekan start maka kita baru menekan menu start.
3. Kertas data akan berjalan seperti pengoperasian mesin prin dan setelah mesin fax
sudah mati maka cabutlah kertas tersebut.
4. Di atas kertas print-printan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan report lebih baik
disedian kertas sisa yang sudah tidak dipakai.
