Problem description

"Detel" company is in VoIP telephony busissiness and it is in final phase has of

implementation of IPTV service on the midterm roadmap. Currently used
applications are:

Detel Mobile (Android OS)

Detel Mobile (iOS)
Detel Fone (Windows OS)

Goal for upcommingupcoming period is to upgrade and optimize those

applications. IM (Instant Messaging) service with presence is planned to be
integrated into the application. Best solution is integration of all aapplications in
one interface. In that way we would have separate application for each OS:
-

Android OS (VoIP+IM+IPTV)
iOS (VoIP+IM+IPTV)
Windows OS (VoIP+IM+IPTV)

The way how to do it isn't yet determined, so any suggestions regarding would
be considered.

2.

Upgrade and optimization of existing applications

As a code base for making creating of "Detel MoObile" application on Android,

"CSipSImple" Open Source application has been used which is basicaly Open
Source. Modifications are purely in designe (inserted logo etc). Considering that it
was done a few years ago, and "CSipSimple" application has been upgraded
since then, it would be neccessarynecessary to modifyie "Detel Mobile" based on
the newest "CSipSimple" application.
It is also neccessary to to integrate some additional features and set up
parameters which will exist after instalationinstallation.

2.1. Priority additions

Integration of "g729" audio codec into the application

to add status of left credit status (for pre-paid service) which would be
connected with existing baseDB/Webservice
In menu add exit button in the menu - to exit application
In call logo of call cut everything after the number (current look of logo:
70311285@80.246.224.103 - requested look - 70311285)

Leave two options of account settings:
- basic
- advanced
Detailed description of default settings will be sent specified in separate
document. after instalationinstallation.

Offer options

Considering that there will be more possible levels of upgrade, bellow we will
stated, in order of priority, upgrades for which we would like to get financial offer
for their implementation:
a) Upgrade "Detel Mobile" (Android OS) + "Detel Mobile" (iOS) without Instant
Messaging
b) Upgrade "Detel Mobile" (Android OS) + "Detel Mobile" (iOS) with integrated
Instant Messaging
c) Upgrade "Detel Mobile" (Android OS) + "Detel Mobile" (iOS) with integrated
Instant Messaging and IPTV application
d) Upgrade "Detel Mobile" (Android OS) + "Detel Mobile" (iOS) + "Detel Fone"
(Windows OS) with integrated Instant Messaging and IPTV application.
So, for all each of those four types of application uppgrades is we would like to
have neccesary to make separate offer from you.

NOTE:
In the applcationsapplications audio codecs works by priority which are is based
on permeability network (Bbandwidhth) through network. Offered codecs can be
switched on and off in application. Codec that is needed to be integrated "g729"
should work in background (cannot be seen in interface of the application) andd
it is must be the codec of highests priority.
