Hi, class! My name is Spencer Vue. Today were


going to be doing a lot of running, skipping,
jumping, and hopping. Who knows why this is
important ? So we can be very healthy! If were
healthy, we will not get sick and we get to play all
day! So todays lesson were going to be running
backs. Who here knows what a running back is for
football? Great answer. So, a running back in
football is the person who gets handoffs from the
quarterback and runs as fast as they could to the
touchdown. So, first were going to just run through
the cones, then after were going straight to the
touchdown and doing a victory dance! After
running, we will switch it up and do skipping,
hopping, and jumping. Everyone ready ! Lets go!

important because we get to be healthy. Being

will not get sick! We get to play forever! Great job
