To see transformation, we

need to strategically and

intentionally share the
message of JESUS...so
that the youth of our community...find true purpose
in life.

Caleb Reed is the Executive Director of Aim Right.

Serving alongside him are wife Stephanie and
children Madison and Carter.

As we look over this past year, we cant help but celebrate what God has
been doing in the life of Aim Right. We celebrate six of our youth expressing their faith publicly by being baptized in front of their peers, the
reopening of our after-school recreation center, new volunteers, and new
program leaders! Twenty-five years ago, there was a young man with a
vision to help youth find direction in life. The same vision that drove Darrell Bacher to start Aim Right Ministries is the same vision that drives us
today.
As we continue to be driven by this vision, it is vital that we do not take it
lightly and that we engage the youth in our community and reach them
with the Gospel. We are seeing young people come through our doors
each week who are struggling with self-worth, sexual identity, loneliness,
and drug addictions, just to name a few. To see transformation, we need
to strategically and intentionally share the message of JESUS so that the
youth of our community get a clear picture of who Jesus is and fully understand that to find true purpose in life.
Even though the future seems far away, it is actually beginning
now. (Mattie Stepanek) Moving forward, we are believing that we will
reach 600 youth a week strategically sharing the Gospel to see true transformation. In 2017, we want to launch a tutoring program to help young
people in our community read at grade level. I believe that now more
than ever, we must engage this generation, or we will see a generation
further removed from the TRUTH than we ever thought possible. How
will you ENGAGE this generation?

Why I
Volunteer

Why do I volunteer? Its a question that's

super important. In many ways we all
MOVE, but in some cases we move in not
quite so good directions. Taking a step toBy Delia Cabrillas wards volunteering at Aim Right, I believe, is
the correct way to MOVE, using my hands
and feet to spread the love that has been given to me. I am part of something immense that's called Gods body, and it is within my duty to MOVE
towards helping others reach what I have with Christ. As an Aim Right
volunteer, I step into the lives of the at-risk youth to engage with them and
treat them like family. A different kind

reach what I have with

Christ.

If you have any doubts about volunteering, please set them aside. It is the
richest and most valuable way to make an impact in a child's life. You
must share the peace and abundance of love and forgiveness our Savior
has given us. How else would young children know how much they are
truly loved? How else would children know they can leave their problems
at the cross? Like many organizations, funds are necessary to keep programs open and fully functioning. To reach the hearts of kids, Aim Right
does an amazing job with programs. Through these programs, I've witnessed teens open up and give their lives to Christ. It is such a beautiful
sight and feeling that will fill you up inside. Gods amazing! Let him use
you for His will. Give or volunteer!

In the summer of 1992

when Aim Right Ministries
became organized, its goal
was to be an after-care
ministry for young boys
that were released from
the Adobe Mountain juvenile facility. In a very short
time, it was evident that
the greater need was for a
ministry that could get involved in the community, to be a light that would
bring hope to young people who were caught up in
gangs, drugs, and alcohol.

Why I
Give

Since that time, Aim Right has

been engaged in the inner city
of Phoenix and in our second
facility in Sunnyslope, giving hope and changing
lives for Jesus. It has not been without its struggles, financially or a lack of volunteers, but with
much prayer and fasting God has been faithful in
guiding Aim Right as it gives hope to local communities.

Chris and many other adults regularly volunteer at Aim Right Norths Community Night, preparing
and serving food, visiting with children, and planning crafts and activities.

The work in Phoenix is not only changing the lives

of the kids in the city, but it also changes the lives
of the volunteers as they get involved in the community. There is no greater calling or a sense of
fulfillment than to do the work of the kingdom
through financial and personal involvement.

The District PHX, a local real estate company, donated 180 hot dogs and buns for our recent Fall
Festival. Joe and Chris even came and grilled the
hot dogs and served food. THANK YOU!

Six teenagers made

professions of faith
and were baptized at
Aim Rights summer
camp in Colorado.

In 2017, it is our prayer that we will be able to reach 600 youth per week through our two Phoenix
campuses. Please consider making a year-end contribution as we aim to engage even more youth
with the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
