Ling Lei Lisic, an Associate Professor in Accounting major of School of
Business, has been teaching class at George Mason for 8 years. She achieved her
bachelor's degree of accounting from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China in
1998. Then, she got her master of philosophy from Hong Kong University of Science
and Technology in accounting in 2000, another masters degree from University of
Rochester in applied economics in 2003 and a Ph.D. from University of Connecticut
in accounting in 2008.
Ling Lei Lisic as an academic researcher, focuses her research interests in
archival financial accounting (e.g., corporate governance, corporate social
responsibility, insider trading, executive compensation, SEC comment letters,
disclosure, international accounting) and archival auditing. According to her journal
