Risk
The success of the listing of the stock depends heavily on factors such as the general
conditions of the economy, legislation and policies ... especially the status and trends of the stock
market. When the stock market is up, the listing is very favorable and the stock price increases.
Conversely, in case the market is going down, the listing will encounter certain difficulties and
capabilities in raising capital business through this channel become very difficult. Sometimes,
the initiative now listed pause to wait for positive signs from the market, even some enterprises
listed licensed hesitant to even up the floor.
There are some types of risk that we classified: Risk within project, political risk,
economic risk, industry specific risk, and other risk.
-
Economic risk
o The development of the economy is usually measured through economic growth.
fluctuations in inflation, interest rates or foreign exchange rates ... These factors
Company's operations.
Risk within project
o The critical path of this project depends mainly on the resource B

reality, the timeline of this project will be affected by many outside factors. The project has some
tasks are implementing at the same time so everyone working in this project work, communicate
and report to each other to guarantee that the project will able to meet the deadline.
One point we need to pay attention that is person B handle many critical tasks that cause
the high risk for the project, and also the person D have over allocated in the week close to the
deadline, and both tasks are critical so it also can considered as a risk for this project.
2. Recommendations
Because the critical path is very important to guarantee the deadline but relies much on
person B, we need to allocate one resource to back up B when needed, and also one back up
resource for resource D in case that person cannot complete both task on time.
B is the person who has highest salary rate, so to reduce the project cost, Project
manager should consider to share Bs responsibilities to other person with lower wage rate like
A, C, D or different resource but still have to make sure that the quality of work will not be
decline by this sharing.
