OUR HISTORY
NIPPI Manpower Services or NIPPI was born
about 18 years ago under the managerial and
inter-personal skills of Josephine Joy Chin,
President and General Manager, NIPPI now boasts
as the biggest provider of All-Filipino pool of
interpreters in the country today. It also offers
Japanese language courses in the office regularly
and conducts on-site Japanese language classes for
several Japanese firms. In 2002, NIPPI diversified
into the field of skilled/unskilled manpower
dispatch. After earning the trust and respect of its
clients who are now clamoring for operators and
middle management personnel to fill in vacant
positions and replace hard-to-deal with manpower
sub-contractors. Presently, its main office is located
in Blk. 9 Commercial Building, Manila South Road,
Brgy. San Antonio, Bian, Laguna (Infront of Super
8 beside Pavilion Mall), the future is indeed bright
and filled with hope for what was once a fledgling
Company, but is now one of the biggest Filipino
Japanese language related services and skilled

THE PRESIDENT
NIPPI is under the Sole Proprietorship of founder and
General Manager, Ms. Josephine Joy Chin. Ms. Joy is
the one responsible for the tremendous growth the
company had experienced at its prime. As founder,
her dedication and determination to further improve
the company, its benefits and services are
unquestionable and of her highest priority. As
visionary and spearhead of the manpower division of
the corporation, she offers world-class knowledge,
ideas, values and skills in the proper administration of
Human Resources & its functions, Accounting and
over-all Operations.
Our Organization is composed of Professional Men & Women, who are qualified, experienced
and well-trained for the job. They are our Accounting, HR/Admin, Manpower Hiring,
Coordinators, IT/Systems, and Liaisons personnel. Together with Ms. Joy, this new breed of
Human Resources and Administration Personnel have joined the team to share their own skills
and ideas in the overall development of the company and its services.

them the service of opening the account.

Disbursement is done on-line. We use bar coded id-swiping systems for accurate and
fool-proof Asset attendance and time in-and-out records and salary computations and
on-time payments of salaries and wages and mandatory remittances. We shoulder
the entire cost of setting-up the system at the clients side. Indeed, we are proud to

Our interpreters serve the needs of clients who have Japanese expats or those
on temporary overseas assignments but who cannot understand or understand
very little English. Our interpreters serve as a bridge towards understanding
between and among the parties involved, creating meeting of minds, and
realizing positive results for the organization. Necessarily, they must possess
extraordinary comprehension ability, in both Japanese and English/Filipino, to
be able to pull off such a tall order. They must not only be fluent in the
language, they must also be well-read, educated or experienced in the many
aspects of the manufacturing industry to be useful to the clients. These
extraordinary men and women are not born, they are bred through years of

Likewise, there is a great demand for people who can read and translate
documents originally rendered in Japanese and translate these
documents to English or vice-versa. Considering most clients have
documents coming from Japan for consumption by Filipino locals,
however, the bulk of translation job is from Japanese to English. Our
translators are very resourceful people who not only have unquestionable
track records, they are also dependable professionals who deliver as
promised, in as consistent a quality as NIPPI has come to be known for.
S E RV I C E S
NIPPI offers Japanese language course modules IN-HOUSE, that is, within
the NIPPI office premises, or ON-SITE, that is, within the premises of the
client. Our course modules are either DAILY, CONVERSATIONAL Courses for
Beginners taught using the English alphabet for easier and smoother
learning or the REGULAR COURSES (Elementary, Intermediate and
Advanced levels) which is taught in Katakana, Hiragana and the Chinese
characters (kanji) in gradually increasing quantity and difficulty with the
end in view of passing the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT),
administered by the Japan Foundation globally every year in December.

To serve the requirements of manufacturing firms for readily available skilled and unskilled
manpower for their production lines, NIPPI continuously screens through interviews and a
series of tests potential candidates that will be added to its pool for dispatch to clients as
soon as the manpower requisition is served. Through strict implementation of its ISOcertified recruitment systems, NIPPI is able to assure that Associates who are dispatched to
clients meet their requirements and qualifications. Through consistent close
communication and control and periodic evaluations, NIPPI is able to monitor the
performance of its dispatched Associate who in turn are always on their toes. Through
periodic trainings and workshops for long-term contractual personnel, NIPPI is able to keep
the Associates well-informed of general manufacturing concepts, appreciative of their
status as members of the NIPPI family, and morale-boosted to perform better than ever.

ON-SITE COORDINATOR/SUPERVISOR
Our on-site coordinators and supervisors ensure that our Assets dayto-day needs, concerns and activities are monitored and addressed.
Daily monitoring and periodic appraisal conducted by our on-site
personnel in coordination with your regular employees of our Assets
performance always keep our Assets on their toes and performing up
to expectations.
MANDATORIES REMITTANCE
The Mandatory remittances of our Assets is also automatically
processed as it is linked to the same Accounting/Payroll system. This
in itself is an assurance that government mandated benefits the
Assets are entitled to are all accounted for and remitted on time. The
payments are automatically computed and generated, there is no
manual intervention and, therefore, not time-consuming nor any
reason for delay of payments.
