Lighting Information:
It is quite dull and grey at the
Caversham precinct as there are shops
surrounding the outside and the only
sunlight is coming from above, so it
isnt a very bright or cheerful looking
place.

Sound Information:
The precinct is very close to a busy
main road so the noises of passing
traffic will disrupt my audio in the
video.

Power Information:
There will not be anywhere to plug in

Solutions:
I dont think I will need to change any
of the lighting to suit this part of the
film. The scene I am filming at
Caversham Precinct will be quite a
depressing scene so to have it grey
and dull it will suit the narrative of the
film and give it a realistic mise-enscene.
Solutions:
I will record the dialogue of my actors
at a different time to filming the scene.
I will also record a separate
background noise of passing traffic.
This way the audio will be clear for the
final production. The sound used in the
video I record will be for my reference
only as to where and when I need to
add my other recorded sounds.
Solutions:
This will not be an issue as I will ensure

any cables as I will be filming outside.

Hazards:
Busy main road

that my camcorder is fully

charged, and my mobile phone
is fully charged too, therefore if
anything was to go wrong, both my
camcorder and my backup camera
(phone) will be ok to use.
Solutions:
The busy main road is a big risk but I
will ensure we all keep away from it so
everyone is safe.

THE ORACLE

Lighting Information:
The lights inside The Oracle are very
good. There are also lights coming from
inside all the shops so that will provide
good lighting for my production.
Sound Information:
The Oracle is a very busy shopping
centre, especially at weekends, which
is when I plan to film.

Power Information:
There will not be anywhere to charge

Solutions:
As the lighting is good inside The
Oracle, there is nothing I need to do to
improve it.
Solutions:
There is no issue with how noisy The
Oracle is when I film in there as there
will be no dialogue being recorded. I
will put music over the top of all the
scenes I film in there.
Solutions:
This will not be necessary as I will

Lighting Information:
This location has very good lighting
from both the shopping centre itself
and the shops inside it.

Solutions:
I will not need to do anything as the
lighting is already good and anymore
lighting will be far too much.

Sound Information:
Like The Oracle, Broad Street Mall gets
very busy. There will be a lot of people
walking around making noise and this
could disrupt the audio in my video.
Power Information:
There will be nowhere to plug in any
cables to charge or power anything.

Solutions:
This will not be an issue as I will be
playing music over the top of the
scenes I film inside Broad Street Mall.
Solutions:
This will not be an issue as I will ensure
everything is charged prior to filming.

Hazards
Just like The Oracle, Broad Street Mall
is a very busy shopping centre so there

Lighting Information:
John Lewis is a very large department
store that is always well lit. But as we
are filming around Christmas time,
there will be Christmas lights up so the
lighting will be even better than on a
normal day.
Sound Information:
There are quite a few floors in John
Lewis so some floors will be quieter
than others. Itd be best to film in a
quieter location of the shop to ensure

As the lighting is so good, I will not

The room I am going to use here will be

I will be filming here during a youth
club I go to. It will be quite noisy if I
was to film in another room, but since
