Narrative

Patrols observed the listed subject traveling east on Maple Street

at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was initiated in the Cheel
Arena parking lot by the main entrance of Clarkson University.
Upon investigation patrols found the vehicle being driven by the
listed subject had an expired registration. The listed subject was
issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket for the listed charge.

Narrative

Patrols observed the listed subject traveling west on Maple

Street where he was traveling at a high rate of speed. Radar
confirmed the speed to be 45 MPH in a listed 30 MPH. Patrols
made a u-turn and observed the subject continue at a high rate
of speed on Sandstone Drive. Patrols estimated the speed of the
vehicle to be 65MPH in a listed 30 MPH. Patrols observed the
vehicle to make a right turn on red where it is prohibited on
Sandstone Drive and Market Street. Upon stopping the vehicle a
small quantity of marihuana was located inside the vehicle. The
listed subject was found to be intoxicated and he was
transported to the Potsdam Police Department where his BAC
was determined to be 0.15%. The listed subject was issued
Uniform Traffic Tickets for the listed charges.
