Does psychical activity effect your
mood?

Does psychical activity effect your mood? The level of activity,


motivation and continuation for psychical activity will affect your emotions.
Level of activity, motivation, and continuation are all major factors for
effecting your moods with psychical activity. I will now begin to explain the
three major factors of psychical activity and the affect they have on your
moods.
The level of activity has a major part of how your mood will be
effected. For example, if a larger person did ten jumping jack and felt the
endorphins afterwards it would work with that certain person. But if a fit
healthy person did just ten jumping jacks this certain person wouldnt feel
the same as the larger person would. The heather person would have to do a
lot more of psychical activity to get the same amount of endorphins.

heard of the runners high. The runners high is very different. It is not
experienced in beginners; it is found in more advance athletes that will
exercise for a very long time period. Athletes will explain it as they are going
as hard as they can and it will seem as if they have hit a wall but as soon as
youre past the wall you feel great and like all the pain going away for a
while. They have explained in as being on drugs before. There is no certain
defection of what a runners high is exactly. Pretty much that you just feel
wonderful. There have been many studies about how a runner high works.
One study in particular has shown how endogenous opioids happens in the
front limbic area right after the subject has been exercising proving its a real

Having motivation is a factor in effecting your mood. If you have
motivation to do psychical activity your outcome of doing the psychical
activity will be more positive, then having a lack of motivation. Motivation is
a big factor as well. Motivation helps you get the desire to do psychical

activity and while doing it with a positive attitude. Psychical activity releases
endorphins and makes you feel great!
When you continue to do psychical activity you will then get a higher
level of activity and you will have more motivation to do the psychical
activity. While doing these things and doing psychical activity your brain then
releases endorphins. When you have motivation you then do more psychical
activity and by doing more psychical activity you become a heathier person
which makes you a happier person, reduces stress and gives you higher selfesteem.
Endorphins interact with the opiate receptors in the brain to reduce
our perception of pain and act similarly to drugs such as morphine and
codeine. In contrast to the opiate drugs, however, activation of the opiate
receptors by the bodys endorphins does not lead to addiction of

Endorphins are one of the amazing thing that our body can do on its
own. Its amazing how good about yourself and how great you feel in
general after doing psychical activity and getting the wonderful endorphins.
This is how endorphins work: When you exercise, your body releases
chemicals called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in
your brain that reduce your perception of pain. They are manufactured in
your brain, spinal cord, and many other parts of your body and are released
in response to brain chemicals called neurotransmitters. In this article it
helps explain how much exercise you should do youre your body and how
you need to take care of yourself and how by exercise you can get the
benefits your body provides for you.

As you can see, I have proven many ways on how psychical activity
can affect your mood. If you have a good level of activity doing psychical
activity you will be able to do many psychical activities without getting to
tired to fast as well as getting the endorphins that your body will produce.
Having motivation will also affect your mood while doing psychical activities.
If you have motivation to do the psychical activity you will feel so much
better while doing the psychical activity, then if you did not have the
motivation to do the psychical activity. You will still get the endorphins.
Lastly having continuation in doing the psychical activity helps a ton. If you
continue to do psychical activity for a long period of time you will then get all
of these endorphins and you will start to feel great about yourself and you
will then have a high self-esteem. Therefore, I do believe psychical activity
does affect your mood.
