SWORN STATEMENT

I, Allan A. Mendoza, of legal age, married with business address at U-19

2/F #2894 Finlandia St. Corner Galvani St. Barangay San Isidro, Makati City,
under oath, hereby state that:
1. I am a Corporate Secretary of Red Hammer Construction &
Maintenance Inc., a corporation duly registered by Philippines Laws;
2. The Red Hammer Construction & Maintenance Inc., is the maintenance
service provider of the City Government of Makati for 40 School
Buildings.
3. All personnel, staff and employees assigned to the City of Makati
project for the period of April 2010 were paid/credited their monthly
salaries.
4. The Salaries, wages and benefits paid to the said personnel were over
and above the minimum wage required by Philippine laws;
5. The other benefits accrued to an employer such as Social Security
System, PhilHealth, ECC, Pagibig and as Withholding tax agent were
likewise remitted to the proper agencies for the period April 2010;
6. Red Hammer Construction & Maintenance Inc., is taking full
responsibility over the payment and compliance to the minimum wage
law and other administrative issuance as employer. And there exist no
employer employee relations with the City of Makati and our
employees, and that the Red Hammer Construction & Maintenance Inc.,
guarantees such compliance.
This statement is issued to state the above facts and to free the City of
Makati from any liability and responsibility over the payment of said wages,
salaries and benefits.
