Hi Sham,

Suppose wifi client IP address is 10.10.30.25 and this Ip address is assigned to wlan0
(wireless interface).
This wlan0 interface through which you are accessing the wifi client, on that case you should
not restart
the wpa_supplicant.
I have attached the diagram which explains the scenario where you should not restart
wpa_supplicant.
However I have verified that the interface through which we are accessing wifi clients are
not wlan0 interface,
it is fine if you restart wifi client wpa_supplicant. We are accessing wifi client through
Ethernet interface so there wont be any problem if you restart wpa_supplicant.
