3.4.1 Melakukan senaman kekuatan dan daya tahan otot yang menggunakan otototot utama.
Pada akhir pembelajaran, murid akan dapat mengenal pasti fungsi berbeza otot
pada tangan dan kaki dengan menjalankan dua aktiviti mengangkat dan
mengalihkan beban.

1. Murid melakukan regangan badan dalam bulatan diketuai oleh seorang
murid.
2. Guru mengasingkan murid kepada dua kumpulan
Perkembangan
1. Guru menunjukkan kedudukan otot-otot biceps, triceps, hamstring dan

3.1.1 Mengenalpasti muzik yang didengar (Muzik Barat)
Pada akhir pembelajaran, murid akan dapat menyanyikan lagu jazz nyanyian
Frank Sinatra, New York, dengan iringan muzik dan sebutan perkataan yang
betul.
Set Induksi
1. Guru melatih lontaran vokal murid serta pernafasan murid.
2. Murid menyebut beberapa perkataan bahasa Inggeris yang ditunjukkan
oleh guru
Langkah 1
1. Guru menerangkan muzik dan lagu jazz yang popular di Barat sekitar
60an serta alatan muzik yang digunakan.
2. Guru memainkan beberapa klip minus one lagu-lagu jazz pada komputer.
Langkah 2
1. Guru memainkan lagu jazz nyanyian penyanyi Amerika Syarikat, Frank
Sinatra bertajuk New York dan mendemonstrasi cara nyanyian lagu
jazz kepada murid.
2. Murid menyanyikan lagu tersebut dengan tempo dan pitch yang sesuai
dengan muzik dan lagu jazz.
