Precizri metodologice
Infraciune nregistrat aciunea socialmente
periculoas, relevat i oficial luat n eviden de
organele de drept, conform prevederilor legislaiei
penale.
Omor aciunea care duce la lipsirea de via a
unei persoane.
Tlhrie atacul svrit asupra unei persoane n
scopul sustragerii bunurilor, nsoit de violen periculoas pentru viaa sau sntatea persoanei agresate ori
de ameninarea cu aplicarea unei asemenea violene.
Viol raportul sexual svrit prin constrngere
fizic sau psihic a persoanei sau profitnd de
imposibilitatea acesteia de a se apra ori de a-i exprima
voina.
Furt sustragerea pe ascuns a bunurilor altei persoane.
Escrocheria dobndirea ilicit a bunurilor altei
persoane prin nelciune sau abuz de putere.

Traficul de copii aciunea de recrutare,

transportare, adpostire sau primire a unui copil,
precum i darea sau primirea unor pli ori beneficii
pentru obinerea consimmntului unei persoane care
deine controlul asupra copilului, n scop de exploatare
sexual, comercial sau necomercial, prin munc
sau servicii forate, n sclavie, de folosire n conflicte
armate sau n activiti criminale, de prelevare a
organelor sau esuturilor pentru transplantare,
abandonare n strintate.
Condamnat persoana n privina creia
sentina, parial sau integral, de condamnare a devenit
definitiv.
Deinut persoan privat de libertate n
condiiile legii, care se deine n penitenciare,
indiferent de statutul acestuia (condamnat sau
prevenit).

Methodological notes
Registered crime socially dangerous action,
revealed and officially registered by the law enforcement
bodies according to the penal legislation.
Homicide action resulting in deprivation of a
persons life.
Burglary attack in order to steal another persons
property, accompanied by violence dangerous to life or
health of the person attacked or threatened to use such
violence.
Rape sexual intercourse committed with the use of
physical or psychological coercion, or taking advantage
of its inability to defend or to express their will.
Theft stealing another persons property secretly.
Scam illegal acquisition of property of another
person by deception or abuse of power.

Trafficking in children act of recruitment,

transportation, housing or receive a child, and giving or
receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the
consent of a person having control over the children
for the following purposes: commercial or non
commercial sexual exploitation, forced labour, slavery,
use in armed conflicts or in criminal activities, removal
of organs or tissues for transplantation, abandonment
abroad.
Sentenced person person for which the
sentence or a part of the sentence became final.
Detained persons person, deprived of liberty
under the law, which is contained in penitentiary
institutions, regardless of its status (convicted or
accused persons).
