tipo
prtico,
The equipment foundations are essential part of any industrial complex. In this
document are presented the main considerations and design criteria to project safe
and efficient foundations. The difference with conventional foundations lies in the
dynamic analysis that need be developed to ensure that frequencies of machine
foundation system are different that the normal operating frequency of the machine
and the amplitudes of the system are within permissible limits.
In addition, this document includes a practical example where is studied the
behavior of a framed foundation for a turbo-generator, which is sized and
performed their analysis and design. The example is developed analytically and by
finite elements using a design computational tool. Finally, comparisons were made
of theoretical and experimental results with excellent approximations. The results
obtained are shown sequentially for ease its understanding and the content is
arranged to show to the reader the importance of measuring vibrations in the
machine-foundation system. The idea is that the reader understands the practical
significance of the frequencies and amplitudes in the analysis of framed
foundations for dynamic equipment.
The present work is justified because it has a practical value and a educational
importance. In addition were established strong bases to acquaint to the student
with the design of dynamic equipments, showing that technology today provides
better performance when are made mathematical models but always with caution
to do a good characterization of input data.

1. GENERALIDADES

continuacin se indican aquellas:
