- Yes because the credentials of the author is excellent and trustworthy
What makes the source relevant?
- It is relevant because of the facts about the experience of the
Founders of BSA and also it mentioned about the skill a scout learns and the meaning of their
oath.
What makes source reliable?
A- the author is part of the Scouts and he seems to know a lot about the organization
A- unfortunately there has been no citations for claims of evidence since it was originally a
speech
O- the article is focused on one side alone
C- yes, I do believe so

- No, though it has some useful information, it doesnt offer much for me to be able to
answer my research question
