I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime

On Wednesday December 7th, 2016 at approximately 21:01 hours a complaint was received of marijuana smoke coming from 211 South 5th Street,
Apt. #1. Defendant gave consent to search the residence. A search of the residence the following items were seized: two glass pipes with burnt black
residue used to smoke marijuana, marijuana blunts, rolling papers, grinder with green residue and a scale. I identified these items to be used to smoke
marijuana and or in the commission of handling marijuana based on my training.
